I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it was to work with Square Trade Warranty. I bought a computer a year ago and now the hard drive makes a noise as you try to leave. I compiled and call notification within 24 hours they would refund me the total for the computer because it was not possible to solve the problem for what I bought them too. Within 3 days the money was in my PayPal account.
I've had problems beforewith the companies guarantee, but after this experience I will certainly be with all my SquareTrade warranty.
